Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and the team behind Salevation (“we”, “us”) about using Salevation. By creating an account or using Salevation, you agree to them.
Using Salevation
- You need to be at least 16 to create an account.
- We aim to keep Salevation’s costs as low as possible. If we introduce paid features or charges, we’ll tell you before they apply, and you won’t be charged unless you agree to it.
- Give us accurate details and keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Prices and stores
- Prices, stock and sale information come from stores and other third parties. We check prices about once a day, so they can be out of date or wrong. Always check the price at the store before you buy.
- We don’t sell anything. When you buy, your purchase is between you and the store, on the store’s terms.
- Alerts can be delayed or missed (for example, if a store or service is unavailable), so please don’t rely on Salevation alone for time-critical purchases.
Fair use
Please don’t misuse Salevation. That includes trying to break or get around its security, accessing other people’s accounts, using bots or scripts to scrape or overload it, or using it for anything unlawful. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do.
Your content
Things you add, like folder names and notes, stay yours. You let us store and use them only to run Salevation for you.
Changes and availability
We’re always improving Salevation, so features may change. We may pause or stop the service, and we’ll give reasonable notice where we can. You can stop using Salevation and delete your account at any time in Settings.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows: Salevation is provided “as is”; we aren’t responsible for stores’ prices, products or actions, or for losses caused by inaccurate prices or missed alerts; and our total liability to you is limited to resupplying the service.

Salevation links to stores and other websites we don’t control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of [state to be added], Australia. If we update them, we’ll change the date above and let you know in the app or by email if the change is significant. Questions: support@salevation.app.
